TheFishDaughter: This blog is dedicated to my late mother, Sarah Jane Fisher (Williams). It is a journey to find her dolls, if they are still in existence; dolls she made in the 1970's. Sarah was a very successful dollmaker during that time, and sold her dolls all over the world - but mostly to Americans I believe. It would be nice to try and discover their whereabouts, after all these years. This may be an impossible task, but I would like to try. The Fish Daughter - this title is based on one of Sarah's recent pieces of work entitled 'The Fish Parents'. An image of this will go up at some point...but it's a difficult piece view and mum herself had to cover the faces in her work room!
